- Male/Female, age maximum 40 years old
- Min. D3/ Bachelor degree related to Food/Hotel
- Min. 5 years experience in similar position
- Good menu knowledge, understand cost control and good knowledge on hygiene and sanitation.
- Independent, fast leaner and good team player.
- Be able to work under pressure.
